lunch.

This is the salad I made/consumed earlier today, for lunch.

It contained: cos/iceburg lettuce, carrot, cucumber, corn, sugar snap peas, cashews, broad beans/other vegies extracted from a leftover tofu/spinach curry. Unfortunately no avocado today. Pretty large serve, no? And now I'm eating an apple for a snack before work.
