On Saturday had a nice day out with Stanley and Big Michelle. I was still sick at the time (am glad to say that possibly thanks to some salt water gargling and such I have almost regained my health) but it was still nice to spend some time with my homies.
STANLEY'S FRO YO
MY FRO YO
I was quite pleased, as due to my loyalty (I have frequented t.f. at least 10 times and thus have achieved 10 stamps allowing me to receive 200g of fro yo free) therefore while this was the keenest I have been (came to $8.50 or thereabouts) I only paid $3. Success.
BIG MICHELLE'S
(was so meagre twas not worth photographing - who is this chick?)
Here is a photo of a cupcake my Aunty made for my sister's birthday (which I consumed sometime last week) She made three - mine had the letters on it however I removed them prior to consumption. The others had Spongebob and '17'.
Today I met up with some uni friends for I guess what would be classified as afternoon tea. Went to a nice cafe, ate some choc orange brulee, played Connect 4 and dominated at pool. Was a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon. Met a couple of new people, they were both really nice and the guy added me online. Through this however, I learned that he is a Liberal and I immediately liked him less. I'm not sure how I feel about this. It somewhat concerns me that I'm so quick to change my opinion of someone (who upon meeting I had thought to be genuinely nice/decent) based on their political views (form of discrimination, no?) I shouldn't do this, and I realise that people possessing different political views should be able to be friends. That said I may never see him again...just got me thinking...
Also had a nice lunch with other uni friends last Wednesday. It was nice weather, we strolled through the city, watched jellyfish and ate burgers.
Anyway, enough rambling for now.
