Memorable moments.

Yesterday I ate a kebab.

Did I think this kebab was excellent? Indeed I did.
Was I pleased? Very.
Was it the highlight of my week? Definitely Of course not, my life is far too exciting.

A large falafel kebab with lettuce, tomato and tabouli.

I like how at this place they toasted the kebab after assembling it. This made the pita bread nice and crisp and prevented it from falling apart. Also, it was not dry at all, however the sauce did not accumulate at the bottom of the kebab, making if soggy. (as opposed to usual)

I will stop talking about this glorious kebab now. (I need to get a life)
